1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ORI-G.IN platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our Service provides dynamic routing infrastructure, allowing users to create permanent identifiers that point to variable destinations.

2. Usage Rights & Conduct

You are responsible for all content routed through your ORI-G.IN identifiers. We strictly prohibit the use of our infrastructure for:

• Phishing, malware distribution, or deceptive routing practices.
• Content that violates international copyright or trademark laws.
• Automated scraping or abusive traffic generation that impacts platform stability.

3. Permanent Identifiers

ORI-G.IN identifiers (slugs) are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim identifiers that infringe on established trademarks or have been inactive for more than 12 months on a free tier.

4. Service Reliability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime of our routing edge, the Service is provided "as is". ORI-G.IN is not liable for any losses resulting from the temporary unavailability of your destination URLs or our routing engine.
